Viola is one of the smallest incorporated towns in Tennessee, and Viola’s Pizza Co. owners Sara and Brian Covert had a dream to infuse the community with art. Managed by nonprofit DMA-events, this work is now a part of the Walls for Women trail, which honors the women’s suffrage movement and Tennessee’s place as the “Perfect 36,” the final state needed to ratify the amendment that gave women getting the right to vote.
